Everywhere it counts

AI in everything, not AI on the side.

Tidewater AI works alongside founders, operating teams and researchers to build AI agents that handle the coordination, paperwork and follow-through that eat your week. We learn your business, build with you, and leave your team able to run it.

Built first for our own companies A BC peptide manufacturer raising under the EBC programme, a radiopharmaceutical CDMO in Texas, a family resource property in northern BC, and a skincare brand going to market. Case studies available on request.

Everywhere, or it doesn't work

Most companies try AI as a side project. One tool, one enthusiast, one pilot that stalls.

We integrate it across the business: the systems you already use, the people who already do the work, the decisions you already make. Then we teach your team to run it, so it keeps working after we leave.

AI isn't a tool one person uses. Done properly it is threaded through every workflow, every system and every role, so the whole business runs on it the way it runs on email. We call that Ubiquitous Integration, and it is the only thing we do.

How we work

We teach, we help, we learn.

Every engagement has the same three strands. The client ends it owning the systems and the know-how, not depending on us.

1

Tell us about your business

Our six-question intake takes ten minutes. Within a business day you get a one-page summary of your own business and the first workflow we would start with, written by our method and reviewed by a person.

2

We scope it together

A 45-minute call with the summary as the agenda. We agree what to automate first, what stays human, and the fixed deliverables for a 30-day start.

3

We build, you learn

Your team works beside us, in your tools, on your data, from the first week. At day 30 we review the deliverables together and both sign a full scope, or part ways with the work in hand.

Programs

Five tracks, one method.

The first workflow differs by the kind of client. The approach does not. Every program ends with your team running the agents, a written playbook, and an optional monthly support tier.

Pricing

We publish our prices because you should be able to compare us before you talk to us.

Every client's needs are different, so these are guides, not quotes. Every engagement starts with a 30-day contract with defined deliverables. Once you have seen what we can deliver and we have learned your business, we agree the full scope together and both sign.

Full Program

$45,000–$90,000

After a program

Operating Partner

$6,000–$10,000 / month

One day a week of senior time, agent upkeep, new workflows as they come up, and the weekly brief flagged to your situation.

Regulated industries (pharma and life sciences, clinics, listed resource companies) carry a 15% uplift for compliance work, stated openly. Prices in USD; CAD on request.

How the 30-day contract works

  1. Intake form and engagement summary (free).
  2. Scoping call: agree three to five deliverables for the month, in writing, fixed price.
  3. 30 days of work alongside your team; weekly check-in; nothing changes scope without both sides agreeing.
  4. Day 30 review: deliverables against the list, what we learned about the business, and a proposed full-program scope with price.
  5. Both parties sign the full contract, or part ways with the deliverables in hand. No obligation either way.

Who we are

Operators first. Everything we teach is in daily use in our own companies.

Delivery leadA partner who oversaw software development programs at NASA and consulted at Accenture.
Structure, finance and complianceA founder who currently runs companies in regulated life sciences, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and resource development, and is building the agent systems inside them today; background in due diligence, financial modelling, corporate structure and compliance.
Marketing, sales and videoA partner who leads marketing, sales and video production across those ventures.

Our own education in agentic AI is ongoing, and so is yours: we bring your team up to the current state of practice, then keep you there.

Our principals hold interests in operating companies in life sciences, radiopharmaceuticals and resources. Those companies are our case studies, and we do not take engagements that compete with them.

Tell us about your business

Six short sections, about ten minutes.

This is how we start every engagement. Your answers tell us which program fits and give us a head start on learning your business. We reply within two business days with a one-page summary of what we heard, the program that fits, and the first workflow we would start with.
